Memebox - Tony Moly Superbox

I've just returned from a wonderful weekend away with some really awesome blogging ladies, and one of many things discussed over the weekend was about peoples weekly blog series. Being a disorganised type this is never really an area I've excelled in, but lovely Danniella said I should write 'Memebox Mondays' posts (we do all love a bit of alliteration, don't we!?) and since I can't turn down such a cutie, and today is Monday, here's a Memebox for you! (Don't worry though you'll be seeing lots about my holiday over the next few days!) This box is the Tony Moly Superbox and it's a real beauty - here's what I got in it!

cute korean beauty packaging

Tony Moly Panda's Dream White Magic Cream ($12) - Isn't this just the cutest thing you've ever seen? I'm a proper sucker for cute packaging so I was always going to love this product to be fair, but it seems like a really nice cream too! I've only used it a couple of times so far but it does seem to have a fairly instantaneous brightening effect, so I'm looking forward to seeing what the long term benefits are! You only need a teeny bit of this though as it's so thick and so white that it;s easy to end up looking like you've got facepaint on! Slow and steady for application is the trick to this one. And I'll just point out how cute it is once more!

Tony Moly Green Apple

Tony Moly Smooth Massage Peeling Cream (£11) - So it doesn't have  cute lil face like the panda, but this is still a very handsomely packages product (let's pretend you can't see the reflection of my office lighting in it's shiny shiny surface, and on the panda too!), it smells beautiful too - fresh and appley, just as you'd expect! You massage the apple goop into your face for a couple of minutes, leave it alone for a wee while and then rub it all off and rinse with lukewarm water. I've only had one go with it (it went in my holiday weekend packing!) and left my face feeling all clean and fresh - looking forward to using it more!

cute little eggs

Tony Moly Egg Pore Shiny Skin Soap ($9) - At the risk of sounding like a stuck record here, I love the packaging here! Soap that looks like an egg, served in a little egg box - genius! I've not actually tried it yet as I'm still working through the coconut soap from the tropical scent box, so will put them aside 'til I can fit them into my skincare routine! Apparently they are made from fertile eggs soaked in vinegar for a week or two? I think one of the eggs is supposed to be for morning use and one for evening!

Tony Moly Luminous Goddess Aura Beam (£16) - Use alone or mixed with BB Cream to give yourself a gorgeous glow - I like the idea of it and did go to try it this morning, but stuggled to get much out of the tube! It's either not very full, or I was doing it wrong! It sounds like a nice idea and hope I can get to it a bit better next time I give it a go!

bright orange lipstick

Tony Moly Delight Tint Crayon Neon ($8) - A lip colour that apparently 'goes wild under UV lights with its electric neon colours!' A combination of the UV light and the bright orange means this probably isn't a colour for me, a thirty-something mother of two, and as I intend to pass this on to someone more suitable I haven't tried it. It is available in a couple of other colours, a neon pink and a neon cherry, and I might have been tempted to keep one of the other shades but I don't think I can pull off that bright orange hue!

Tony Moly Mini Peach Lip Balm ($7) - I needn't say it, but this is another cutie! It also smells incredible, just like peach!

Tony Moly Back Gel Eye Liner Long Brush ($10) - A bit like the lip crayon, this is another occasion where I wish I'd been sent one of the other available shades, as I would usually go for black eyeliner. Unlike the above though, I'm definitely willing to give this new shade a go! I've never really tried a gel liner before and while I seem to be perfectly adept at getting a nice straight line on the back on my hand in practice, I'm yet to be able to translate that to my eye! Will keep trucking away though and hopefully I'll have it mastered in no time!

So there we have another box! Despite not having a lot of luck with a couple of the products (the lipstick, because of the colour, and the aura beam thing because I couldn't get it out of the packet!), I still have overall very warm fuzzy feelings towards this box - mainly based on the attractiveness of some of the other products! At $32 dollars it is one of the more expensive Memeboxes though, so you would want it to be a good one! There's usually discount codes floating about to save a few quid here and there though which always helps! This box is all sold out now, but there's a few other varieties left on the site and I'm hoping for new releases soon - especially if I am to keep up with these posts weekly!
